How does PIBA Sure Work?

PIBASure is a platform for PIBA Brokers who want to quote online for home, motor and commercial vehicle insurance. It allows Brokers to provide quotes for potential and existing clients on their own website and on the main PIBASure website. PIBASure provides a distinct advantage over other online insurance sites, in that the majority of quotes generated and business transacted are not directly between the site and the client. PIBASure provides the potential client with the capacity to receive independent advice on their quote and also for the Broker to establish that the quote given for that potential policy adequately covers their needs. Clients are assigned a Broker in rotation who will process their application once the quote has been delivered and the broker has contacted the client and ensured best advice. Each Broker on the site has access to a wide range of products and up 14 insurers allowing them to provide instant, competitive quotes to potential clients.

As Personal Lines Insurance (car, van &home) becomes more technology driven and the traditional method of transacting business face-to-face is decreasing due to a drop in footfall; PIBA Network Services assisted PIBA General Insurance members, who felt they had to change their methods and evolve to meet the requirements of clients without losing the advice driven, personal relationship element of their business. PIBA Sure was set up as the first step towards providing members with a solution to this, while simultaneously helping Brokers to reduce overheads and pass on these cost savings to consumers.
